Mental Health Program Build Out

 

The services provided encompass a comprehensive assessment of mental health programming needs, establishment of streamlined referral processes, development of high-risk protocols in line with agency standards, provision of tailored clinical training modules, guidance on integrating sustainable work load solutions,  and co-collaborating in developing organization structural changes and leadership training to promote team vitality into mental health programming efforts.

Practicum Build Out

 

The services provided include assistance in building connections with local and virtual graduate programs, development of a comprehensive training plan for intern onboarding, provision of supervision training for intern supervisors, and guidance on integrating trauma stewardship and workload sustainability into the practicum program.

Vitality and Sustainable Work Load Solutions 

 

The services include a comprehensive review of agency policies and practices, conducting an employee health and wellness survey to identify strengths and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for integrating trauma stewardship principles and workload sustainability into agency programming, and offering in-person training and Q&A survey and development sessions.
